Well the wait is finally over and facebook 3.0 is now available via itunes and appstore for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Although this update lacks push notifications it is a huge improvement over all.

It’s about freaking time they came out with this update. I installed it right away when I heard it hit the itunes store, I played with it for a little bit and I like it a lot.
